Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it

We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

After review, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After 12 hours, processing begins and cancellation may not be possible.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used items

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Items returned without prior approval


Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 6–12 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days

In rare situations, delivery may take up to 20 business days due to customs processing, seasonal demand, remote locations, or carrier delays.

Delivery delays within this timeframe do not qualify for refunds.

If your order exceeds 20 business days, please contact us and we will assist you promptly.
