All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During high demand periods, order processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 2–5 days to update depending on the shipping carrier.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

AREMZ has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Shipping Delays

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. AREMZ is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
